In this reported pedestrian accident the victim, a forty nine
year old male, was going up a hill, facing traffic as he walked.
The driver of the vehicle involved was an eighteen year old
male. He had two passengers of approximately the same age in
the vehicle with him. The driver was speeding and lost control
of the car which spun around and sped onto the sidewalk where

the roadway. The force of the impact destroyed approximately
thirty feet of the wall. The victim died from the injuries he
sustained in the accident shortly after being transported to a
local hospital. The driver and one of the passenger survived
the accident with minor injuries while the other passenger had
